Colloidal Silver

Personal health –Take daily mixed in a beverage, according to recommendations on the bottle or from a health practitioner. It may be used every day to maintain health or when needed to combat almost any illness, as it is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal. Some people may experience a strong cleansing reaction upon first usage of colloidal silver, in which case it may be wise to start with very small dosages and gradually increase. For the treatment of some health conditions, some people may benefit from working up to fairly large dosages—perhaps as much as 4 to 6 oz. 2 or 3 times daily. Colloidal silver may also be used topically on almost any type of wound, cut, abrasion, burn, rash, zit, acne, or insect bite. It is effective against dandruff, psoriasis, athlete’s foot and other fungal infections, ear infections, moles and warts. It is safe enough to use with new born babies, the elderly, pets, etc. Diluted with an equal amount of purified water, it is also safe to use in the eyes. (NOTE: Some studies have linked daily ingestion of high levels of colloidal silver with a medical condition called “argyria,” wherein one’s skin may turn a blue or blue-gray color and very serious health problems may develop. For this reason, the FDA only allows colloidal silver to be sold as a supplement with no claims of medicinal qualities. Most alternative practitioners feel that it is perfectly safe to use colloidal silver in small quantities, even over extended periods of time.)

Anti-microbial qualities –Unlike pharmaceutical drugs, colloidal silver never loses its effectiveness due to the development of resistant strains. Add a small amount of colloidal silver to any drinking water to insure that it is not contaminated by microbes. Add it to bath water, gargle, mouth wash, nasal sprays, colonic irrigations, water used for home cleaning projects, humidifiers, laundry wash water, etc. Use it anytime something needs to be disinfected, such as kitchen cutting boards, utensils, counter tops, toilet seats, tooth brushes, etc. Squirt it from a spray bottle for general purpose cleaning and disinfecting.
